The European Pizza & Pasta Show (EPPS) event will be held at the Olympia (London) on the 15th and 16th of November. The aim of the event is to provide value for the industry stakeholders and to make a real impact on their businesses.
In 2006, the EPPS event, which is organised by the PAPA (Pizza Pasta and Italian Food Association), attracted over 107 exhibitors and 3426 attendees.
The program includes changing trends in Pizza Technology, revenue increase, sales cycles, brand sentiments and buzz on social media.
The event will host two Culinary Competitions:
– 2016 Competition Winners & 2016 European Classic Pizza Championships Final
– 2016 Pizza and Pasta Chef of the year winners
This year for the first time a Craft Beer Experience will be presented in association with SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers). The Craft Beer Experience is a dedicated area with inspirational, educational and motivational talks about key industry trends and innovative ideas. You will learn about beer & pizza matching, beer & pasta matching, must have craft beers, how to choose a craft beer menu.
FareShare will participate in the event to deal with the surplus food. FareShare is the UK’s leading food redistribution charity. Their mission is to ensure that no food goes to waste, turning an environmental problem into a social solution to fight hunger. In 2016, Fareshare redistributed 13,500 tones of food, providing 28,6 millions of meals for people in need.
